I completely forgot about the Meramac Lakes Golf Course. I don't know if they do events at all but it doesn't hurt to look into it!
EDIT :: Nix that, they do not actually do events. But a new idea courtesy of Mom, find a venue half way between Lonedell and St. Charles. The Ramada Inn in Eureka is right next to Six Flags...
